Our Services
Initial Consultation
60 mins* - $169
A thorough and personalised experience designed to assess your overall health and well-being. During this session, you'll discuss your health history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and any specific concerns you may have. We will take the time to understand your unique circumstances and goals, conducting detailed assessments, which may include physical examinations and nutritional evaluations.
* If complex treatment plan/script required, this will be provided within 48h following the consultation, instead of immediately.
Acute Consultation
30 mins - $79
For short term remedies. Think of conditions like cold and flu, minor injuries, or supporting your body through infections. These everyday challenges can often be managed with simple, natural approaches that provide relief and promote quicker recovery.
Follow-up Consultation
45 mins - $99
Can be booked if an initial consultation with us has been completed within 6 months. Continuation of care, review of supplements, changes in health status or goals can all be discussed in these appointments.
Food Planning consultation
60 mins - $169
For those who need a little extra support in planning a grocery list or coming up with meal ideas that align with their lifestyle and promote their overall health and well-being.
If you are a student, hold a concession card or simply need assistance with these costs, don’t hesitate to message me to see if there is a solution where I can still assist you.
Health checks
15 mins - $29
Quick health checks that can look at your current health baseline to know what steps may be required to move back toward optimal health. Can include - blood pressure check, pulse, blood oxygen, inner ear health, overview of supplements*, etc.
*If list is extensive, this may not be possible in this timeframe.
Extended consultations
Additional 15 mins - $29
For those who need some extra time to explore complex conditions, pathology etc. this service can be added on to an existing initial or follow up consultation.
